Description
Build strength at home without filling your workout space with multiple fixed dumbbells. The EnterSports Adjustable Dumbbell combines several weight settings in one compact system, allowing you to increase or reduce the resistance as your exercises and fitness level change.
The 20kg dumbbell provides ten selectable weight levels, ranging from 2kg to 20kg. Simply place the dumbbell securely in its storage tray and rotate the adjustment dial to select your preferred resistance. Only the required weight plates will be lifted from the base.
Its non-slip handle supports a secure grip, while the built-in locking system helps keep the selected plates attached during controlled exercise. Suitable for beginners and experienced users, it can be used for upper-body, lower-body and full-body strength workouts.
