30-Day Return Policy 

We want you to love your new fitness gear! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it
    (unused, unassembled, undamaged, and in its original packaging).

  • All accessories, manuals, and parts must be included.

  • You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain fitness items cannot be returned once opened — see the non-returnable section below.


📦 How to Start a Return

Email us at contact@softauraworld.com to request a return.

Once approved, we’ll send you:

  • your return instructions

  • the return shipping label (if applicable)

Do not send items back without approval, as they will not be accepted.


🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping.

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless stated otherwise.


⚠️ Damaged, Faulty, or Wrong Item

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If an item is:

  • defective

  • damaged

  • missing parts

  • or the wrong item was sent

Contact us within 7 days and we’ll resolve it quickly with a replacement or refund.


Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Resistance bands, yoga mats, massage tools, or wearable fitness gear once opened

  • Customised or personalised fitness items

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items exposed to sweat, body oils, or physical use

  • Hazardous materials (e.g., liquid cleaners or sprays)

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before purchasing.


🔁 Exchanges

To make an exchange:

  1. Return the original item.

  2. Place a new order for the item you want.

Exchanges depend on stock availability.


🇬🇧 UK Consumer Rights – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

UK customers have the legal right to cancel or return most online orders within 14 days of receiving them.

Items must be in new, unused condition and in original packaging.

You may be responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process the credit.
